We Are Delighted to Announce That for the Second Year, Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen Is Offering Nevada High School Seniors the Opportunity to Win a Coveted $5000 College Scholarship.
To be eligible, students are asked to complete an original essay on the thought-provoking topic ‘How can a lawyer positively change the world?’
“We are a very community-focused practice, one that has represented the people of Las Vegas in personal injury law for over 30 years” explained partner in the firm Joseph L. Benson. “To be able to encourage the further education of our young people in this way is, we believe, an ideal way for us to give back to the community.”
“Our partners are truly interested in the responses to the question posed for the essay. Not only will these help us to select a winner of the $5000 College Scholarship, but it will encourage students to consider the roles a lawyer can play in their lives and give us insight into how we can better connect with this dynamic generation.”
Entrants’ essays, of no more than 3 pages in length, need to be submitted via the BBBC Law website. Entries for the Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen College Scholarship Competition close on March 31, 2014.
