Bertoldo Carter Smith and Cullen is currently looking for a Trial Attorney for complex and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.

The Position 

Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen is searching for a creative and motivated courtroom advocate who possesses excellent trial skills and results.  This experienced Trial Attorney will join our work family on complex personal injury and wrongful death matters.  Cases will often include motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, products liability, premises, sexual assault, surgery, traumatic brain and other catastrophic injury, disability, and disputed liability.

Qualifications

Bertoldo Carter Smith and Cullen’s Associate Attorney qualifications are as follows:

• Active Member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing. 
• High level of interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills; this includes the ability to be direct, empathetic and collaborative with a can-do attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Personal drive to positively impact the community and change lives for the better.
• Multi-task with willingness to learn and adapt. 
• Personal injury litigation experience of at least 5 years.
• Significant personal injury and/or wrongful death trial experience, including medical malpractice preferred. 
• Ability to evaluate and manage a personal injury case from start to finish through an individual and team approach.
