Bertoldo Carter Smith and Cullen is currently looking for a Associate Litigation Attorney for personal injury and wrongful death cases.

The Position 

Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen is searching for a creative and motivated Associate Litigation Attorney to join our work family.   We are looking for an attorney who is interested in working primarily in a litigation specific role on complex personal injury and wrongful death matters.  Cases will often include motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, products liability premises, sexual assault, surgery, traumatic brain and other catastrophic injury, disability, and disputed liability.  Emphasis with this position will be on all aspects of discovery, expert utilization, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

Bertoldo Carter Smith and Cullen’s Associate Attorney qualifications are as follows:             

• Active Member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing. 
• High level of interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills; this includes the ability to be direct, empathetic and collaborative with a can do attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Personal drive to positively impact the community and change lives for the better.
• Multi-task with willingness to learn and adapt. 
• Personal injury litigation experience of at least 5 years.
• Discovery focused with a “win the trial before the trial” mindset.
• Ability to evaluate and manage a personal injury case from start to finish through an individual and team approach.
